Frequently asked questions
Your questions answered
Signos is a real-time metabolic health platform that combines an AI-powered app with a continuous glucose monitor (CGM). Your glucose data is sent directly to the app and combined with hundreds of millions of data points to predict responses to food and movement, track trends, log meals, track your weight, and access science-backed guidance to build sustainable, glucose-stable habits. You can also sync with Apple Health, Google Health Connect, smartwatches, and smart scales for a more complete view of your health.
Signos uses glucose data and millions of data points from logged meals, workouts, and other habits to deliver personalized guidance. When something you eat spikes your glucose, the app can suggest the right type and intensity of movement (based on your history) to help bring it back down. Over time, keeping your glucose more stable can lead to better energy, sharper focus, improved metabolic health, reduced risk of chronic conditions, and sustainable weight management.
Read more about how Signos works.
Yes, when used consistently, CGMs (also known as biosensors) can support healthy, sustainable weight management by helping you understand how your body responds to food, exercise, and daily habits in real time.
Research shows that 87% of CGM users change their food choices based on glucose feedback, and nearly half are more likely to move their bodies when they see a spike. Over 90% of users say CGMs help them lead a healthier lifestyle.
By showing you when your glucose rises or crashes, CGMs make it easier to recognize patterns, like cravings driven by glucose dips or energy crashes, and to respond with small, effective adjustments. This kind of insight can help you delay eating when your body still has fuel to burn, choose foods that support more stable glucose, and use short bursts of movement to bring high glucose levels back down.
Signos takes that a step further by using your personal glucose data, meal logs, and workout history to suggest what to eat next or how to move, so youβre not guessing. With consistent use, CGMs paired with in-the-moment guidance can help retrain your appetite, reduce overeating, and build habits that support long-term weight and fat loss.

Possibly, but it depends on your HSA/FSA provider. Coverage varies, so check with your provider to confirm whether CGMs and wellness programs like Signos are eligible.
Please note: Signos is not responsible for reimbursement, and the cancellation policy and terms still apply, even if your provider does not approve coverage or reimbursement.
If weight loss is your goal, consider the amount of weight youβd like to lose and the recommended pace of 1 to 2 pounds per week. For example, a 25-pound weight loss goal is typically well supported by a 6-month plan. All plans give you full access to the Signos platform and behavior change program for the duration of your subscription.
All Signos plans include the Stelo glucose biosensor by Dexcom, and the app is designed to work exclusively with this device. You will receive six sensors with your order, with six-month subscriptions receiving another shipment three months later. Your CGM automatically takes a glucose reading every five minutes and sends the data to your phone every 15 minutes via Bluetooth.
