Years before an event, we establish a local presence — opening an office in the host country. This ensures fast, reliable contracting with local providers and full compliance with local laws. We hire staff deeply rooted in their communities, giving our clients local expertise, faster response times and strong, on-the-ground relationships.

When the event begins, our team is waiting on the ground to welcome our guests. From managing language barriers to resolving last-minute requests, our experienced crew ensure a smooth, responsive experience throughout the event. When problems arise we are there to solve them.
Creative Approach
We’re all about making our guests feel at home, wherever they are in the world. In Japan we recently launched the “We Lodge Food Club”. With the aim of helping guests discover unfamiliar smells and tastes in an unfamiliar culture, we selected attractive restaurants and hosted special events for our guests.

At We Lodge, we convert properties into fully livable, serviced accommodation tailored to our clients’ needs — without unnecessary waste. At Expo 2025 in Osaka, our team upgraded 50 apartments for Western clients using carefully sourced, pre-owned furniture. This approach helps reduce our carbon footprint while maintaining high standards of comfort and design.
