What’s Going On at ACP?
Since our capabilities vary greatly, ACP is always into developing and producing something new! Below is some information on some of the projects that we have going on right on now.
The Dragonfly
ACP is currently working hand-in-hand with Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory to make parts for a mini-van sized drone that will be headed to the Titan Moon of Saturn in 2028 (estimated). ACP’s role in this project consists of using our CNC machine to produce intricately cut pieces of a specialized foam that will comprise the body of the Dragonfly. This project not only requires fine attention to detail and working under tight tolerances, but also anti-contamination procedures to eliminate the risk of sending any traces of organic material from Earth to Titan.
ACP is honored to be a part of this project, and it stands as a testament to the diverse capabilities we have to offer.
TA Toyota Camry
ACP has been working closely with Toyota Racing Development (TRD) to design and produce a Toyota Camry body suitable for the Trans Am class. We worked meticulously to design, develop, seek approval and produce molds for this car and cannot wait to see them on the track!
The TA Camry IS available as of October 2025! We have had several customers pre-order their TA Camry bodies, so reach out to us if you have any questions or would like to get parts ordered!
