Welcome to the aviation photography in community! This is the place to show off your aviation-related photos, ask questions relating to the subject, get advice on photos rejected from Airliners.net, help with aircraft identification, discuss spotting and photo equipment, and request constructive criticism on photos!
A few rules: -If you're posting multiple photos photos over 640x480 or photos over 100k each, please use lj-cut tags. -Community advertising okay ONLY if it relates to aviation or aviation photography (not general photography, please). -This is unmoderated, please don't give me a reason to start moderating! -Constructive criticism welcome ONLY if requested by photographer. This excludes "d00d you suck!!" When critiquing, please give helpful advice and point out what was done wrong AND right. -If a photographer is aiming to upload to Airliners.net, please keep that in mind when critiquing. One of the main reasons this community was created for is to help people upload their aviation photos to a.net, a beautiful online aviation photography archive and news site with highly stringent quality control. -When posting photos, please properly ID the subject in question, or at least ask for help ID'ing and give it your best shot. -If you suspect an ID is incorrect, please point it out! -We're here for general, commercial, and military aviation.

We don't bite, just ask if you like something and want to use it for an lj icon or whatnot.
