This book is a classic. Even though it was written prior to the personal computer revolution, it's relevance is strong. The authors are fantastic at giving the reader a true feel for the analytical tools and approaches. This may not be a how-book for today, since many of the tools are now pre-programmed into software packages, but it is an excellent resource for developing the "intuitive" feeling of the subject.
