Multiple times now, I’ve had an issue with collecting daily wins in-game. If there are more than one win, the second prize will not collect in game, but will say ‘claimed’ in the wiki app. There’s some sort of connection glitch in the api. Other than that, this is a great app! UX could be better, but not a necessity, it’s still easily navigable.

First off the amount of advertisement in the app and on the website is a no for me. This app is outdated and you can’t even connect your Tycoon Club account without having a PAID membership, mind you this app is not a “Scopley” app honestly has been a pain to use when trying to complete daily tasks regarding commenting on blog posts. (Which the staff barely posted today and last post was beginning of November. It would also take me to the website to comment on the post (daily task) and then ask me to sign in, send a link to my email to sign in and then doesn’t count or track for the daily task. The reward links aren’t unique or anything just copied or reposted links from another site you or social media.

Seems to lock up at times. There is also a banner across the top that is supposed to be able to be clicked on but it doesn’t do anything. Further, you can never make it go away and then you cannot see the other menu items under it. The other i ons that are sitting out beside items that are like news or event info are supposed to be clickable and redirect you to things like free stickers. They rarely ever redirect or respond when clicked. In fact, today was the first time I ever had one work in a year if using this ap. These bugs are annoying and need to be addressed.

Customer service doesn’t respond to issues that afflict numerous people but continue to take monthly subscription payments. Not worth your time.Well weeks have passed now and this is yet another ticket. I don’t know why I bother. Cannot type a message in a sticker request. Cannot update my profile because it won’t let me type more than 1 character but yet updating my profile is a daily task! How do you remain inept? You take my money every month - you have that figured out! I guess I’ll go leave yet another negative review in the App Store. If you need new employees than can actually do their job then look me up.
