Has anyone noticed the new VESPA dealership in Normaltown? I can see it from our bedroom. It's prety neat. I can't tell if they are vintage or new models. They sell helmets and goggles and all sorts of Vespa stuff along with the scooters.

Charters deal is this:

19.99 first 3 months, $52.95 a month after that.

Sounds pretty bad SUrely there is a better plan out there. I would prefer DSL as wireless is costly and dial up is too slow.

I picked up this adorable little puppy last night at a gas station because she needed a home. It was impossible to resist the cute puppy face. But after thinking about it overnight, I realized that since I already have a dog it is probably a bad idea to have 2 dogs in a one room apartment. Jolly Oxford townhomes- 1 bedroom in a 5 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with 3 music loving guys (ages 21-24). Nestled in Memorial park and surrounded by creeks and tree cover. Neighbors on one side and a private 15x15 ft. patio. Built in 1994 this palce is in good shape and probably the best deal you can find in 5 points. Place is located off South Lumpkin 1 mile from 5 points.
price: $250 + 1/4 utilities (usually add up to $65 a month). $150 deposit.

Downtown:

White Columns Hall- 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with balcony overlooking downtown and campus. 1 block from downtown and 40 watt club. Private parking and security door at entrance. Water, gas and trash included in rent.

price: $450 + power (usually runs $20-$30 a month).

Move in date is late December/ early January. for both. lease ends on July 31st with the option to re-sign.

I need to find a good reasonable dentist in town. Please reply with some goodies. I need a crown asap.

Has anyone ever heard of Cutloose Hair Studio? I'm just wondering if they are any good. I'm in desperate need of a haircut, but don't have much money to spend. But Cutloose has a coupon in this week's Flagpole for a $14 haircut. The ad says they're located on N. Jackson St.

Over the weekend, I picked up a copy (for free, at The Grill of all places!) of Tresor Hugo's new album, "No Mixtape Like It 2" -- and it's pretty damn good! Is there anyone out there who's a fan?

It seems he'll be performing at Tasty World Upstairs at 10pm on Friday, Oct. 7th. The admission is $5, but proceeds will benefit Hurricane Katrina victims, so it's a good cause.
