OK, it should be fixed now.
It seems that this package is currently not adding the bazel command, even though it provides bazel, which means I can't separately install bazel because it conflicts with this. This is causing bazel-buildtools to fail to install:
bazel-buildtools/PKGBUILD: line 19: bazel: command not found
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
Also note that the following from https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazelisk:
On macOS: brew install bazelisk. On Windows: choco install bazelisk. Each adds bazelisk to the PATH as both bazelisk and bazel.
