Download from sourceforge no longer works, it was deleted. The author's page says: SourceForge has decided, after more than 15 years of existence of the Dodger-Tools project, that only 5 GB of project space may be used now. More than 150 GB of data, some with historical VMs, fell victim to this radical step. So if downloads no longer work, you know the reason.
