@tonybenoy I don't have any issues installing it, even with it already installed. Note that a package automatically conflicts with any other package which provides the same name so I'm not providing any extra information there. I've removed it from the array; let me know if that fixes anything for you.
I think python-geventhttpclient conflicts with python-geventhttpclient is incorrect in PKGBUILD.
