[SOLVED] Bluetooth stopped working (linux 4.8.6, bluez 5.43, hcicon...

Hello guys I need your help! My bluetooth stopped working (it worked a few days ago) on my Dell XPS 13 Late 2016 9360. I really don't know what's the problem. Is it possible that it has someting to do with tlp (It's just a feeling)?

Here is a lots of information you might need, tell me if you need some more:

# pacman -Q linux-nvme bluez bluedevil tlp
linux-nvme 4.8.6-1
bluez 5.43-1
bluedevil 1:5.8.3-1
tlp 0.9-2

I tried to turn it on:

# hciconfig hci0 up
Can't init device hci0: Input/output error (5)

but it does not work (DOWN):

# hciconfig -a hci0
hci0: Type: Primary Bus: USB

It's not blocked

# rfkill list

The service status:

If you suspect tlp then disable it and see if things work, you should also try the official linux kernel in the repos if you are using a different one.

I uninstalled tlp and now it works again.

Sap driver and "Service Changed" characteristics still produce some errors but this does not affect the usability.

A finer approach would be to disable autosuspend for the bluetooth device --> http://linrunner.de/en/tlp/docs/tlp-faq.html#input
