Welcome to Bonus Living!

This is a place for everyone who is a member of a bonus family to gather and discuss all things unique to our situation. Bonus family is a new, better term for any union which involves children from a previous relationship.

But, of course, what's a community without rules? So here they are:

*Post an introduction upon joining this community. We want to know who you are and what role you play in your family.

*Be respectful of others when posting and commenting. It's ok to disagree but try to do it in a mature manner.

*Lurkers are welcome. Trolls are not. If you post or comment with the sole intention of causing trouble you may be banned.

*Please put large or multiple pictures behind an lj cut tag. One teaser picture may be left above the cut, but that's all.

*Please place lengthy posts behind an lj cut tag.

*Please keep posts on topic. This community is about bonus living. Please keep that in mind when posting.

*No drama. There are plenty of communities on livejournal that welcome drama. This is not one of them.

*If you have a question about bonus living ask. You may get a better answer than you were hoping for.

*Feel free to post pics of your family, but follow the rule above when doing so.

*This community is open to anyone in a bonus family. This includes, but is not limited to, poly, hetero, bi, same sex, and TGs.

*Have fun.
