The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). I am copying this bug because: 

The section about "includepkgs" in the yum2dnf man page reads:

YUM'S CONF DIRECTIVE INCLUDEPKGS IS JUST INCLUDE
 include directive name of [main] and Repo configuration is a more logical and better named counterpart of exclude in DNF.

Howver, this doesn't seem to be true. The "include" option doesn't work at all. As of RHEL 8.2, the very next section in this man page specifically reads:

THE INCLUDE OPTION HAS BEEN REMOVED
 Inclusion of other configuration files in the main configuration file is no longer supported.

It looks like "includepkgs" is still a valid option in dnf.
