you'll get banned instantly if you do. it's not fair to take other people's bandwidth when it's so simple to save to your own web space.

02 Always credit
For obvious reasons. all it takes is a simple "made by ..." on your icon page.
every few weeks there will be list of people who haven't credited, your name will be taken off the list when credit has been placed if you don't you'll be banned.

03 Do not steal
it's simply not on. no excuses. just don't do it.
