(in either Birmingham/Southside, Hoover, Vestavia, Homewood, Mtn Brook, Pelham, or nearby, you get the idea)

With a young crowd (B-day girl will be 23), dancing area (that people actually use), kind of busy/lively on Fridays, ...

and maybe a private/VIP area also (but that's not as important)
maybe Kareoke too?

for an upcoming birthday party that's also kind of a Girls' night out.

Any suggestions for a great location would be great

I have two kittens
so sweet and playful
In need of a adoptive Home
or Foster home

There is a black male with a heart shapped tuft of white fur under his chest,
And a seal point? siamese female with blue eyes

They are still skittish of people
but warming up everyday
they were born outside,
and trapped after a few weeks

They are about 5 months old now, and small

THEY CAN NOT GO OUTSIDE, because they will run away

They need shots/fixing (spay/neuter which can be at a discount)

I can not keep them anymore (they are not my kittens, they were abandoned)
and I can not find a rescue for them, =(

my husband is saying he's going to release them into the wild
(I do not want this to happen)

If someone can please help let me know

Does anyone know a place with a commerical kitchen(Church, Caterer, small eatery, etc) That would be willing to let me rent part of the kitchen (and maybe use some of the equipment).


The lower the rent, the better (of course).

Anywhere near Irondale, Leeds, Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia,... or close by (Alabama)

hey girls!

My name is Tiffany , but on the net i usually just use Magdelena Lullaby or Maggie. Why, you Ask? Because, it's so much prettier than...just plain Tiffany. However you may call me Tiffany if you wish, seeing how usually everyone eles does:P.
Anyways, I'm 20 yrs old and i've lived in Alabama alllllll my life (unfortunately). I live in Lee county. I pretty much am sitting on my arse doing nothing at the moment, aside from bits of art here and there, but i'm trying to get a job. I Love music, all kinds. Tori Amos and A perfect circle are my favs though. Hey girls...hope maybe someone on here can help me. I just got a job working for Camel throwing events in Bham. My first one is going to be at Club Red. Long story short...I need a henna tattoo artist for 2-4 hours (depending on how much they charge). I called Bohemian Rapsody and they didn't know of any.

Any ideas!! The event is Saturday the 19th. We're getting a Dj from out of town (Doc Roc if any of yall are into that stuff) a massage therapist and **hopefully** a henna artist.

If anyone is near the Pelham area go to Eon Tattoo to get your work done. I probably already mentioned this before, but fuck it. Joey is great.

Finally! I'm getting back into writing again. For the past year or so, I've completely lost interest in music. (not completely) I was pregnant from Oct 03' to June 04' but had a stillborn. I miss her terribly.

Hello ladies. My name is Christy and I'm the mod. I hope whomever joins this IF anyone joins this community enjoys it. If no one joins this, then fuck it. I tried.

I live in Shelby County, near Birmingham, and I'm 19 years old. I got married on October 30, 2004 to a punk rocker. He's amazing.

But chicks are better.

I'm pretty liberal and open-minded. I have morals and beliefs, but I don't take away the living out of life with them.
I adore cats. I have 3 now that are my children.
I love writing songs and singing.
I have 4 tattoos for now. I go to Eon Tattoo in Pelham. Joey is a great artist. He's currently working on my sleeve. Tiger Lilies spiraling up my right arm.

Feel free to post about events coming up, pictures of yourself or artwork, post lyrics or poetry, or stories, post anything! (Nudity included.)

Rant and vent all you want about how much Alabama sucks. I hope to make new friends here and learn more about music.
