I added a much smoother default scrolling experience, plus a new Jump Scroll mode for people who want a more deliberate reading pace. When Jump Scroll is enabled, you can now control how long the page stays on each line with a new Line Delay setting, so the behavior is easier to tune for fast reading or slower, more comfortable scrolling.

I also cleaned up the settings layout to make the important options easier to find, moved the less-used options into an Advanced section, and updated the extension version and description for release.
