Can’t log in to the Digital.ai Platform?

Support for Digital.ai products is handled through our Support Portal, where you can submit and review requests, and look up information in our self-service knowledge base. To contact us in the portal you need a Digital.ai Identity.

If you don’t have a Digital.ai Identity, you can usually self-register. If you are unable to create an Identity or have trouble logging into the Platform, please use this form to contact us, and we will reach out to you.
