Every app in GitHub Marketplace includes a link to contact the app's support team.

To open GitHub Marketplace, in the top-left corner of GitHub, select , then click Marketplace.

Browse to your app's page.

In the left sidebar, under "Developer tools," click Support.

On the app's support page, follow the instructions on the app's page to contact the app's support team.
