Infection prevention and control
This level 3 programme builds upon the foundation and intermediary pathways to provide advanced knowledge, leadership skills, and practical strategies to prevent and control infections.

This elearning project was developed for a UK NHS Trust to support the continuing professional development (CPD) of nursing staff in Ophthalmology

ECGs are routinely undertaken, and it is imperative that the resulting rhythm strip can be correctly interpreted.

Effective training in the care of burns is essential to ensure that when a patient presents with a burn, staff know how it was caused and the appropriate first aid measures to take. Not only that, first aiders need to act quickly, so it’s essential that staff keep up to date with their knowledge.
