Thank you so much for your comment and suggestion .
Yes you absolutely correct . @transactional will not work if it is called from same bean or it is marked as private . This is an inherent feature of all Spring AOP based annotations not just @Transactional .

Hybris With Docker for Development in Windows Machine

No i didnt try that . But what i can think of is you need to consider mounting the volume seperately for hsql db like it is done for the media . Else everytime you stop and start the container , the data will wipe out .
