EarthX Media is a multiplatform media company that exists to amplify the mission of EarthX. It features entertaining and informative content across paid television, streaming, video-on-demand, and social media.
EarthX Media is anchored by the EarthX and EarthXtra television networks, available 24/7 to millions of households.
The EarthX channel is currently available to U.S. audiences on DirecTV, Charter’s Spectrum TV, Fubo, Philo, AT&T U-verse, and the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC).
EarthXtra streaming is currently available to 100+ million U.S. users on Amazon’s Fire TV Channels, Plex, Xumo, Sling, and Vizio.
History
EarthX
Founded in 2010 by Trammell S. Crow as Earth Day Dallas, EarthX began as a local effort to raise environmental awareness. As its reach and impact grew, the event became Earth Day Texas and ultimately EarthX, reflecting its global scope.
Expo
From 2010 to 2023, EarthX hosted EarthX Expo at Fair Park in Dallas—the world’s largest green gathering—which at its height, drew more than 177,000 attendees and nearly 400 exhibitors, educators and sponsors annually.
Congress of Conferences
To complement the public-facing Expo, EarthX held the Congress of Conferences, which today, unites government leaders, businesses, and diverse stakeholders to bridge divides, share expertise, and collaborative on solutions for a sustainable future.
