Within the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, a junior minister has been appointed with responsibility for devolution in England since July 2024. The post of Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Devolution, Faith and Communities is currently held by Nesil Caliskan, who was appointed in May 2026.[1]
