I believe the Wikipedia community should allow articles, no matter how small, as long as notability/significance is ascertained.
I have noticed that many of the articles on Ancient Egyptian dynasties are indeed ancient, as many are almost untouched for years. My current project is to reform these articles, to expand, rearrange, modernize and standardize their formats.
