Fix settlement infoboxes for Ukrainian populated places (add hromadas, remove flags for consistency, add image captions, etc), or add infoboxes if absent; delete stress from Ukrainian translations of populated places (per WP:SLAVICSTRESS), delete double spaces, add IPA pronunciation
