Hi everyone,

I wonder if I could say the following:

1. He had a happy weekend.

2. His weekend was happy.

Many thanks in advance.
Maybe 1, but I probably wouldn't. Not 2.

We would normally use other words than "happy": "He had a great/wonderful/super/pleasant/enjoyable weekend – and came to work happy on Monday."
