a hot profession

My student wrote:
However, such extraordinary job is appealing to everybody and It requires excellent academic performances. So, . I have to work hard to fulfill it. Although it is very hard but I'll never give up and keep until I make it come true.

My suggestion:
1.) has become a popular profession.
2.) only those who do their best could realize this dream.
3.) studying/working hard

There is no reason not to use the present tense here: only those who do their best CAN realize this dream.

Finally, in the US, it would be more common to say: "It requires excellent academic grades or marks or credentials.
For the last sentence, I lean towards this suggestion:

"Although it is very hard, I'll never give up and will keep on working until I make it come true."

You could also simply say "and will keep working until I make it come true", dropping "on" altogether.

I wonder, if the student meant "hot" as in high social statue, or "hot" as in popular, but I suppose a profession has to be respected to be popular (normally, I mean 👁 Roll Eyes :rolleyes:
)

So, my suggestion would be "promising".
