Bonjour,

Comment dit-on: "afin de les(les salariés) accompagner au mieux dans cette période difficile?

we centre on each of the employees concerned to accompany them at best for this difficult period. ??

Merci

Yes, you are on the right track, I would suggest a little change though:
the employees / each employee to accompany them at best in this trying time / period.

Pour les salariés, il faut choisir entre the employees si ceux-ci ont été définis auparavant, employees s'il s'agit des salariés en général, ou each employee si l'on fait référence à chacun des salariés.
Merci beaucoup cela m'aide bien!
Since "accompagner au mieux" doesn't have one specific direct translation in English, I think it might sound a little more natural as:

"We focus on each employee in order to help them through this difficult period."
Although I tend to agree with you, Alliko, it seems that accompany is commonly used in this meaning in professional contexts: here is an example.

I am afraid I have to disagree with this. You cannot say "accompany" in this instance, it's not idiomatic at all. The term is "support". "Support our employees through these difficult times." Cheers.
