administration needs

Good evening everyone,

could someone please explain to me what is mean by the words "administration needs"?

Using roles, you can create a system of groups, each with a different scope, to meet user and administration needs.

There are two general groups of people involved in a system: the users and the administrators. Collectively, you can refer to the second group as the administration. They are different and have differing needs. Using roles will allow you to satisfy both the needs of the users and the needs of the administration.

(Or did I completely miss the point?)

Oh, I didn't really think of it that way. I took the word administration literally 👁 Eek! :o
