Hi,
Is it right when I use "advanced" and when "advancing" can be used? Can you give me an example for the word "advancing"? Thanks very much.

Nothing else wrong.

You can use advancing, but it implies that the advancement is not complete:

Japan is advancing towards becoming more advanced than some...

However, I think that sounds a little bit strange.
You have been advancing in your English skills.

The comma Amethyst added is good, but it's not required.
