I had to combine each pair of sentences into a single sentence with an adverb phrase. Would you check if it is correct?

Harrison felt burned out at his job. He decided to look for more satisfying work. (Present participle)
Feeling burned out at the job, he decides to look for more satisfying work.

You can improve your Enlgish. Listen to the radio. (by + Present p)
You can improve your English by listening to the radio.

Millie was vacationing alone in the mountains. She decided what she wanted as a career. (while + Present p)
While vacationing in the mountains, she decides what she wants as a career.

Jonah earned his bachelor`s degree. He was eager to enter the world of work. (having + past .p)
Having earned bachelor`s degree, he was eagered to enter the world of work.

People are present with attractive job prospects. Most people will take the one that offers long-term stability (past .p)
Presenting with attractive job prospects, most people took the one that offered long-term stability
But it`s in present participle... decided? Would be correct?

Phrase= does not have the subject and verb that clause has ...

I would also probably said 'decided' in sentences one and three because after having read the first two sentences, the combined sentence (for both 1 and 3) sounds a litle odd in the present tense.

My comment is that the names should be used in the combined sentences instead of the pronouns.
