comment traduire agence de communication dans cette phrase : il est patron de l'agence de communication ..;
est ce que c'est communication agency ou advertising agency?
I'd always translate communications as advertising, if that's what it means. Otherwise there's a risk of confusion with communications (telephone, internet, railways, smoke signals...).

I think Keith has a good point here. That's a distinction I did not think about.

It seems a communications agency covers the whole range of advertising, marketing, PR, etc.
