Hello, everyone.

Which tense is correct to give permission to someone to do something?
Me: May I go out tonight?
Father:"I allow/allowed you to go out tonight but you need to come back early. "
Me: Thanks.

Allow or allowed?

Me: Can I go out with my friends tonight?
My father: You can go out tonight but you need to come back early.
Me: Sure. Thanks, dad.

What tense is correct when I talk with my friends that I got the permission to go out?

Me: My father allow/allowed me to go out tonight.
Friend: That is great. Let us go out tonight.

In the OP sentence it would make most sense to use the future tense — I will allow you….

In the second example, in BE the present perfect tense would be used.

Is it correct to say
Me: Can I go out now?
Father:"I allow/allowed you to go out now. But please come back immediately."

May I know it is allow or allowed here?
The past tense makes no sense in that particular context. The present tense is possible but not very idiomatic. As I said, we would normally use the future tense for this.

Referring to #4 context
May I know why we use future tense since I request to go out now(Can I go out now?)?
Isn't the permission given in the present?

Father: I will allow you to go out tonight.
Me Thanks.

Which tense would be correct when telling my friend about the message of the conversation?

1.:My father will allow me to go out tonight
2.My father has allowed me to go out tonight.

Are both sentences interchangeable?
