Although + Subjunctive??

Hi everyone, I am a little confused about how to use 'Embora' in portuguese.. I want to say..

"Although many other famous Brasilian actors exist, Santoro has undoubtedly entered the world of Hollywood most successfully.

So do I need to use embora+subjunctive in this sentence??

Embora muitos actores brasileiros famosos, Santoro é, sem dúvida, o que com mais sucesso entrou no mundo de Hollywood.

It´s how I´d put it.The verb existam is the Present Subjunctive form for existir.

if you translate "although" to "embora", I believe you have to use the subjunctive

Embora muitos outros a(c)tores brasileiros famosos existam...
Embora existam muitos outros...
