Dear friends, Can someone help please?

The sentence says:
"Que se le saque fotografia a quien no ameritan"
unfortunatley it's very bad spanish, but i have to translate it :-( It's for getting a license for driving in a game!

could it be:
"photographs should not be taken from those who don't deserve them"? my problem is the word ameritar, which isn't exactly deserve here because it's for a test!!
help please?
thanks, Atoosa
Si el término "ameritar" proviene de mérito sería algo así como no hacer méritos, no conseguir la puntuación mínima exigida... Pero "Que se le saque fotografía" yo lo entiendo más bien como "To take a photograph of (the people that don't get the required punctuation"
En este contexto (juegos) podría referirse a "quienes no califiquen". En ese caso sería "...should not be taken from those who don´t qualify"
Ameritar in this instance would be "to deserve".
The translation could be "To take a photograph of someone who doesn't deserve it."

I saw this thread and thought it may help someone out later on!
