Hello!

I was wondering whether I can use the phrasal verb "answer back" in this sentence:

"I hope the company will answer me back soon." (= I hope the company will email me back soon.)

Of course, I do not want the company to reply me in a rude manner! 👁 Smile :)

I think the aggressive phrasal verb "answer back" dominates here.
We normally say "get back to me soon" or (very simply) "reply soon".
