Hi, is this sentence make sense? I don't know if the word "appropriate" is appropriate to use in this sentence. 👁 Big Grin :D

"she couldn’t control herself from doing such terrible deeds to appropriate him from her."
I believe the word "appropriate" in this phrase refers to taking over someone or something from another person - in this case, the first lady, referred to as "she" does terrible deeds to appropriate (i.e., take over) "him" from another lady, referred to as "her".

yes you are right, actually in my original text I would put the names for them but here I don't bother doing it......so......is it make sense??
It does make sense to me. And, yes, it would read better if there were names rather than "she" and "her", unless the names of the people have already been introduced in the first part of the sentence.

What do you mean by "appropriate him from her", Lalala? That sounds strange to me, but it might make sense if you explained it or added some context. Do you mean "take him from her" or something like that? If so, then I suppose you could use "appropriate" if you want to use a longer word for humorous purposes.

Also, "control herself from doing" sounds a little odd. I'd probably use "prevent herself from doing" in that sentence.
