be double parked

He's been fighting like he's double parked ever since. (since his debut)
from a UFC preview (about a boxer)
What does it mean? I doubt it's slang, because they don't usually use slang in such previews, even the opposite.
Maybe with double force?
What does it mean?
It is a fairly strange metaphor. If he is 'double parked', he is in a hurry to get out of the ring and return to his car before he gets a ticket for double parking. I assume the metaphor is intended to mean that he fights very aggressively as though he wants to knock his opponents out early and finish his fights quickly.
Double parked means you have parked your car in the street next to a car parked on the side of the street against the curb in a legitimate spot, because there were no open spots for you to park legally. So you are blocking the car you are next to and you are blocking the traffic behind you. People sometimes do that if they have to go into a building to take care of something very quickly. It's illegal and you risk getting a ticket or getting towed if you leave it there very long, so usually if you do that you are in a big hurry. It's not slang.
