be make out

Hi,

In the son Better Together, why do JJ use be make out of real things?. Is it ok if I only use be made of real things... ís there any difference?

"No song that I could sing
But I can try for your heart,
our dreams, and they are made out of real things
like a shoebox of photographs
with sepia-toned loving"

My attempt:

No hay canciones que pueda cantar, puedo intentarlo por tu corazon, nuestros sueños, que están hechos de realidad, con amante de tonos sepia.

"Made of" emphasises the inherent material or qualities of something, and has a meaning similar to 'composed of' (ex. Ship float, even though they are made of iron)

"Made out of" usually refers to something that has been transformed from one thing into another (ex. My handbag is made out of crocodile skin)"
