I found "condamner" to mean "to sentence". Can I use this in the context of "they will be sentenced"? (Ils seront condamné) Or can "condamner" only mean what the judge does? Or is "ils seront écroué" - They will be imprisoned better to say? 👁 Confused :confused:
How about:
Ils seront condamnés à une peine de x années de pénitencier...
