Booming forth

Hi

what does "booming forth" mean in the following sentence?

“It’s discordant to tune into a political rally and hear a woman’s voice (“screaming,” “screeching”) . ”

Source: Hillary Rodham Clinton. “What Happened.”
Booming doesn’t mean screaming, screeching- is that parenthesis from the original? Booming is more about volume while the others are more about pitch.

‘Forth’ in this case means ‘out’. Booming out (probably over a loudspeaker) just means the sound is very loud.

The implication is probably about misogyny and sexism. One expects to hear loud voices at a political rally but someone considers it ‘discordant’ to hear a woman raise her voice at one.
