Hi Everyone
How is "call me on .... (a telephone number)" expressed in French. Is it a straight translation from English (ie appellez moi sur ..... s.v.p) or "à" or nothing as per days of the week? ie "la dimanche" for "on Sunday" etc.

Incidentally does the same apply for a specific date (say for an appointment) as for days of the week.

'Call me on + phone number' would be: 'Appelle(z)-moi ...'.

'Call me on Sunday' = 'Appelle(z)-moi dimanche' (no preposition or article is needed here). Incidentally, the days of the week are masculine in French.

For a date, we need a definite article: 'Appelle(z)-moi 1er avril'.

Edit: As Butch has pointed out, the right spelling is: 'appelle-moi' and 'appelez-moi'.

"au" it does not apply for a specific date ( it's "le" )

Oui, honeybfly, votre traduction est correcte. Il manque juste un accent aigu sur le mot "hésitez" (et il y a un "s" de trop, ce qui peut être une faute de frappe) :

N'hésitez pas de (ou : "à") m'appeler au numéro ci-dessous (ou : "suivant").
Conchita57 et Honeybfly, c'est n'hésitez pas à m'appeler qu'il faut dire, et non pasde m'appeler !
On peut aussi dire "n'hésitez pas à me joindre au numéro suivant". C'est + professionnel.
