Comment traduire 'Call off contract' en français.

Tout ce que j'ai pu trouver, c'est une définition:

Le document que j'ai est un contrat, définitif. Le titre du document est: CALL OFF CONTRACT

Et on trouve:

In any case, a "contrat exécutoire" essentially signifies an enforceable or binding contract (what we popularly call "a contract" in English 👁 Big Grin :D
), so it doesn't relate specifically to the call-off principle.
