Does the number 280 have consecutive os? Is it duecentoottanta, duecentottanta, or something else?

I did a little research on internet and you can find both but i think that duecentoottanta is more correct.

Both are correct, but you can find most often a "duecentootto" (208) and a "duecentottanta" (280), because in the first word you have the stress on the second o, and you pronounce the 2 vowels; in 280 you can hear only a single o.
