Che dolce!

"Che dolce!"

Would this translate into English as "How sweet!" as well as "That's Sweet!"? I'd like to use the phrase as the name of a baking company.

Grazie
Thank you, london calling. Yes, I have read that thread. The context of my post is somewhat different. And there is no subject. I have done a lot of research about this phrase, actually. Three online Italian/English dictionaries do not mention the phrase. One online Italian translator states the phrase, "Che dolci", means "How sweet". I am thinking thinking the phrase actually means, "That is sweet", correct? And therefore, when "Che dolci" is used, it actually means, "Those are sweet"? But I can find no online dictionary stating that "how" is a meaning for "che".

I just do not want to make a mistake and name a business with a phrase that does not make sense to Italians. Since I would be "borrowing" their language, I want to be extremely respectful and accurate.
Perfect! Thank you so much, london calling!
