Christmas message

I have searched all the other threads about christmas but cant find any that I could use apart from merry Christmas.

If anyone could help that would be great. I stayed with an Italian family in the summer and would like to write to them.

The message I would like to say is:

Hope you have a lovely Christmas and New Year.

Thank you so much for a lovely summer holiday, was great to have met you all.

Wishing you all the best for 2007.
