Say I was on a very crowded bus or subway and trying to get off, what should I say (or even shout) other than "Excuse me"?

I'm thinking "Coming out!". What do native speakers usually say in such a situation?

Around here we generally use "Getting off!", sometimes alternating with "Excuse me!"

Note that "getting off" also has another meaning, and while it may be perfectly acceptable in many areas, should not be considered universal.
