The first sentence is correct because that is a question, then the verb(is) should go before the pronoun(she)...

It seems what I thought and posted is not right, because I thought being it a question, it should has the verb preceding the pronoun? In which cases you have to use one way or the other?

So the order of subject and verb in she and is has nothing to do with it being a question.

Thanks Lexiphile!! Now I know I have to think deeper, and not just to see a question mark it means that I have to use the question words order, another hidden trick!!
