what is a continuous dialogue, please?
Is it simply a dilaogue where there are no narrative sentences to cut it?
I just need the answer in English grammar.

If someone said, "Ten pages of continuous dialogue", then, yes, I would understand it to mean, "ten pages of nothing but dialogue without any narrative".
