Hi everyone,
I have come upon correctness as in the phrase political correctness, but can I use it in the following context?
The company’s excellent reputation is due to the high standard of quality services and correctness.
Thank you in advance!

Not on its own. Correctness is almost always 'political correctness' (I can't think of another use for it), so if you mean political correctness, then you need to write that. If not, we need to find another way to phrase it!
Hi, baker589,
Thank you! Now I know I can't use it in this sense. The whole context suggests correctness towards consumers in the sense the "correct attitude" . I can't find a suitable phrase for it since in my native language correctness is the exact word for it. I can provide further context:
"The company’s excellent reputation is due to the high standard of quality services and correctness. Our team consists of competent ambitious young people who can provide professional assistance to the clients when purchasing a property. The proper attitude towards the costumers is of particular importance and a basic principle in the company’s work."

Normally in this context I would say 'customer service', but I am not wholy satisfied with this since you have already said service. How about '...high standard of quality services, in particular our excellent customer service.' ? The extra words just help to seperate the two mentions of 'service'.

Your usage of “correctness” is correct, at least in AE. I understand it completely. You should revisit the rules pertaining to commas after adjectives – “competent, ambitious, young…”

You understood that 'correctness' here was meant in terms of attitude towards the customer?

My understanding of "correctness" in this context is that the company is doing the right thing - the correct thing. It may be in how they handle their inventory; in the manner they deal with problems, or in how they treat their customers. All of these things, and more, would add to how the company is perceived – how they attained their excellent reputation.

Personally, I would not use “correctness” the way it is used here but it does make sense.
What would you write instead?

The company’s excellent reputation is due to its’ high quality of services and attention to the needs of its’ customers.
The company’s excellent reputation is due to the high quality of services it renders and to the equally high customer service it delivers.
High quality service and strict attention to the needs of its’ customers account for the excellent reputation of the company.
