Persian
a. He didn't want to go out. He was weak and might fall down. But they forced him anyway.
b. He didn't want to go out. He was weak and could fall down. But they forced him anyway.

Are the above sentences grammatically correct?

I think with 'might have' and 'could have' the implication would be that he didn't fall. But what if he did fall?

Many thanks
Both "could" and "might" are "maybe" words. So this means: if he was walking, maybe he would fall down.

I think with 'might have' and 'could have' the implication would be that he didn't fall.
The sentence does not say what happened. The sentence does not say that he DID or DID NOT fall.

But what if he did fall?
Add a new sentence.
